Refund policy
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.
If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will replace it once evidence of a damaged product is provided and the damaged item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for the shipping charge). We cannot replace or exchange used items.
Please note that we do NOT refund money by any circumstances.
If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.
